These pods are designed to be Plug & Play only and require a compatible module to operate (sold separately). Be sure to choose the correct version for your setup:
Pure White (2-Prong Connector)
UV (2-Prong Connector)
Switchback (3-Prong Connector)
RGB+W (5-Prong Connector)
For proper compatibility with your current setup, make sure your module and splitters match the prong type for seamless installation.
WARRANTY
This product includes a Lifetime warranty, serviced and supported by the Customs Unlimited team. This warranty does not cover modifications, alterations, or misuse. If you experience any issues during installation, please document the problem with photo or video evidence and contact us immediately before making any modifications to the product. Please note: modifications to the plug or hardwiring the unit will automatically void the warranty.
